 Confirm that the dates you wish to stay are still available. This can be done by using the Availability Calendar or you can Contact Us direct.
If the dates you require are available and you wish to book, we will provisionally book the villa for 5 days, we will send you a booking form by post to complete. The booking form must be completed and returned with the relevant deposit (which will be stated when checking availability).
All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price and must be sent with the completed booking form. This must be paid at the time of booking and is payable by cheque.
We would advise that guests take holiday insurance to cover any problem resulting from loss of deposit or balance.
The balance must be paid within 9 weeks of the start of your holiday. If it is not received by that time then will reserve the right to re-let the property. If a booking is made within 9 weeks of the rental period then full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we make the following refunds:
Up to 9 weeks - no cancellation charge
6 - 8 weeks - 50% of the rate refunded
3 - 5 weeks - 25% of the rate refunded
2 weeks - No refund
Security Deposit
A security deposit will be required and this must be received no later than 1 week before the start of your stay. We normally ask for £250. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay (less any damage if applicable).
Terms & Conditions
1. The maximum number to reside in the ‘property’ must not exceed the amount stated above unless the owner has given written permission. All persons staying in the property must be named on the original booking form.
2. We regret that NO pets are allowed.
3. The house is a Non-Smoking property.
4. The house must be left in a clean and tidy state. Although cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price, the owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the ‘property’ in an unacceptable condition. However, If required, we can arrange to do your ‘end of stay clean’ for you, our charge for this is would be 50 euro.
5. Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. The villa is available from 4pm of the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please let us know. We will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our guests requirements. Changeover day can be flexible during low season. Part weeks or week-end rate are also negotiable, please feel free to contact us for further information.
